  • For subsequent orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Delivery Timeframe: Once shipped, orders typically arrive at their destination within **9–12 business days only**. You will receive a notification once your order is dispatched.

2. 90-Day Money Back Guarantee

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not 100% happy with your electronics purchase from New50Egg.com, you can return it within **90 calendar days** of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility for a Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange under our 90-day guarantee, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The return must be initiated within **90 days** from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, or, if used, in the same condition that you received it (e.g., no physical damage, deep scratches, or water exposure).
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective film.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital software downloads, gift cards, and pre-paid subscription codes.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or neglect after delivery.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team via email. They will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package.

  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange.

Return Shipping is FREE: New50Egg.com will cover the return shipping cost. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a **prepaid shipping label** via email.

5. Refunds and Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within **7–10 business days**. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require an additional few days to post the funds to your account.

Exchanges for Other Products

We allow exchanges for other products of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange your item, you must do so within the same **90-day guarantee period**. When you initiate the return process (Section 4), please specify that you would like an exchange and which product you would like instead. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected.

6. Warranty Claims (Beyond 90 Days)

Our 90-day guarantee covers standard returns and exchanges. For product malfunctions or issues encountered **after** the 90-day period, please refer to the specific **manufacturer's warranty** included with your electronic device for repair or replacement options. We are happy to assist in coordinating with the manufacturer if needed.
